"I have been using your company for storage of my boat for two ir three years. I keep my boat in Beach Haven in our private marina and have been frustrated and annoyed at the poor service by three or four local marina I have used.
I purchased a new boat ( used) and decided to try something new and keep it across the bay on Tuckerton creek. I rode around and picked your marina as the most professional looking one in the area. Ironically, my 23' Century was evidentaly originally purchased there. The counter staff was very nice and easy to work with and I eventually met Joey, Nice guy, good work.
This year however became somewhat of an extraordinary event. I was cleaning my boat and planning to bring it over in the morning ( you store my trailer that is left there all summer) and my father died suddenly. At that point, I could care less about the boat and wanted to head back up North. I called Joey and I was very distraught; I asked him if Sheltered Cove could pick up the boat instead of my dropping it off. He sympathized with my loss and said he would take care of the boat for me. I went back to my condo to prepare to leave. By the time I went back out to secure the boat...it was gone! Joey picked it up, took all the stuff I left on the dock and put it in the boat.
He emailed me twice since, one to tell me he picked up the boat and dock equipment and the second time to ask how I wanted to pay for the storage. Both times he expressed sorrow for my loss.
People like Joey Cannon are rare finds. I wanted you to know what a valuable assest he is to your company. Most of contact with him is by phone, but I need to stop over to personally thank him for his help this year."

"Purchased a Shamrock from Sheltered Cove- They were just terrific to deal with. I found a small issue with the boat shortly after I picked it up. I called them to see if they would assist in fixing. Not only did they assist,They came to my marina in Cape May to do it, then apologized for not catching it before delivery!!! The boat is used and the contract said it was without warranty I'll be back for more in the future."
